1. Only one sugar item a month (even something with any sugar of any kind in it)
2. Try and post every weekend to both my blogs (even if it is just an update of what I did that day or week )
3. Try and get all A's (or at least A's and B's )
4. Try new foods
5. try something new/different each month!
What do you think? I think that i can totally do it! I came up with the sugar thing so i had a healthier diet and lifestyle and i hope i can keep it up
